Facilities Administrator

Permanent Full-time

We are looking for passionate Facilities Administrator to join our teams in the Perth Metro (Head office in Burswood and Hubs in Morley and Armadale) and support across our regional hubs (Lower Southwest region- Busselton, and York in the Wheatbelt region).

About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager Finance you will:

  • Managing requests logged on QMS register and prioritise the work in discussion with internal stake holders.
  • Scheduling and coordinating trades and service providers for site repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitoring the progress of open work orders and ensuring timely completion with timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare proactive and reactive maintenance schedules with ongoing checks and supervision on the quality of services delivered. Sourcing new contractors, suppliers ensuring all approved purchases/ services are cost-efficient and of high quality.
  • Make timely recommendation on property lease renewal and/or termination.
  • Undertaking fleet administration, maintaining accurate records, fuel cards, infringements etc.
  • Providing general administrative ad hoc support in office as required.

What we offer:

  • Industry competitive salary range of $70,000 – $80,000 base salary depending on the relevant experience + 11.5% superannuation + salary packaging up to $15,899 of living expenses and up to $2,650 on entertainment benefits per year + 17.5% annual leave loading (valued at $875 – $1279).
  • 4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days (valued at $500 – $730) pro-rata.
  • Option to purchase leave helping you to achieve better work life balance.
  • Flexible work conditions.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Certificate, Advanced Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • At Least 2 years’ experience in management of facilities and fleet and in assessing maintenance and repairs work requirements and coordinating services to perform work to specified standards.
  • Passion for working in a purpose-driven, community-centred organisation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work at sites across the regional network as required.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
  • Well-developed computer skills, and comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft Office.
