The Groove Train brand is known for its innovative culture and has rapidly expanded into a national Restaurant chain, with over 25 restaurants and coffee shops within the group.
We are a dynamic company that is looking for a talented experienced duty manager for our front of house operations with the option to start immediately if that suits. This addition to our team will help us put The Groove Train Southland, boldly located in Victoria's No. 1 cinema and entertainment precinct, on the map!
You will need to be dedicated and motivated, have passion for the hospitality industry and work well in a team environment. Customer Service excellence is a large part of the culture of our team and therefore must be consistent in your work ethic. You will work 5 day weeks with no split shifts but you must be willing to work flexible hours over a 7 day roster, breakfast, lunch & dinner as we open from 9 am to 11 pm.
Our Duty Managers are driven, resilient and capable of mentoring and training their teams. Independence and collaborative leadership skills will be ideal with a drive to achieve and surpass targets. You will have a strong understanding of shift management in a large and busy restaurant environment
