Garfish Crows Nest is currently seeking motivated industry professionals to complement the kitchen management team at this already successful, busy and awarded small restaurant.
The successful Chef will have completed a trade qualification (apprenticeship), you must be a driven, enthusiastic contemporary chef, with proven demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
This position would suit a trade qualified or very experienced chef de partie or junior Sous Chef from a 'good food guide' listed restaurant or café.
