In this role, you will work closely with our sales, success, platform, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their unique needs. You will also be responsible for driving the growth and scalability of our solutions business and working closely with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction. This role will support our customers in both AU and USA from Sydney or Melbourne. Primary Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Play a critical role as part of our Solutions team in the design and development of innovative retail media solutions</li>
<li>Drive the growth and scalability of the solutions function within the business</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to ensure their success and satisfaction</li>
<li>Manage projects and/or incoming queries concurrently to ensure successful implementation as needed using project management methodologies, principles and techniques </li>
<li>Lead projects ensuring they stay on track by managing timelines, budget and scope.</li>
<li>Work closely with sales and platform teams to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their unique needs </li>
<li>Consulting with Customers and Technical teams both external and internal to design and implement the Zitcha solution with their websites, apps and integrations</li>
<li>Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on retail media industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.</li>
<li>Conduct data review and look for quality issues and barriers with provided customer datasets, and outline product documentation of what success looks like</li>
<li>Facilitate external workshops to guide solution design</li>
<li>Deploying functional solutions, including but not limited to creating, adopting and implementing project plans which will require cross functional collaboration across Sales, Success, Engineering and Product teams. </li>
<li>Educating the broader business on solutions focused activity using documentation, videos and retrospectives. </li>
<li>Contribute to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.</li>
<li>Help Zitcha protect its assets by complying with guidelines and policies</li>

</ul>Selection Criteria Mandatory<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of retail and marketing domains - including e-commerce concepts, audience segmentation and campaign development</li>
<li>Highly analytical thought process and are an excellent communicator with the capability to persuade technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>An interest in - and ability to - work in a fast-paced environment. Someone who makes and meets commitments.</li>
</ul>Desired<ul><li>Familiarity with information security frameworks. This includes an understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001.</li></ul>

They are responsible for fostering long-lasting client relationships, delivering outstanding client experience and will be the key partner helping our valued clients achieve their strategic objectives and maximum value from their Retail Media Network . It is a role that has a mix of strategic, sales and operational functions. Additionally, the CSL serves as the liaison between the client and Zitcha ecosystem, funnelling product feedback and retail market trends to the Sales and Product teams to improve client experience. Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Orchestrate overall relationships with assigned clients, which will include joint business planning and deep understanding of their business operations, goals and needs.</li>
<li>Grow adoption &amp; usage across the client’s partner and brand networks, ensuring retention of Retailer and expansion of contact list across Retailer accounts </li>
<li>Build Customer Success Plans and establish critical goals to aid the Retailer in achieving their objectives. </li>
<li>Support expansion of services within Zitcha by identifying and scoping up-sell opportunities, new integrations and partnerships, and training to enable clients for continued success. </li>
<li>Cement yourself as a trusted/strategic advisor and advocate with both Retailers and Suppliers by driving continued value of our products and services.</li>
<li>Work with Retailers to ensure operational efficiencies are established and problem-solve where improvements can be made.</li>
<li>Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Zitcha platform and future products/features</li>
<li>Add value to Retailers by providing insight with respect to the availability and applicability of new products and features.</li>
<li>Foster a feedback loop with clients to identify user improvements on the platform and brief back to the Dev team for development to improve client experience and happiness. Consistently communicate progress updates back to the client. </li>
<li>Ensure the Zitcha Product and Ops teams deliver to committed timelines to client</li>
</ul> Selection Criteria Mandatory<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a Customer Success role or equivalent</li>
<li>Previous SaaS/AdTech/MarTech/Retail Media Network on the Retailer side experience</li>
<li>Previous experience with large account with several stakeholders, preferably Enterprise level </li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with account growth and retention</li>
