About the roleAs the Marketing Specialist, you will:<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, deliver and evaluate end-to-end marketing campaigns to promote AusIMM’s professional development offerings (with a primary focus on online courses) and other organisational activities to new and existing audiences and achieve specific targets </li>
<li>Prepare, schedule and distribute social and EDM content including development of messaging and creative (with support of graphic designer) </li>
<li>Create, maintain and/or refresh marketing materials (videos, interviews, articles, blogs, flyers, website pages etc) to support various marketing campaigns and partnership deliverables </li>
<li>Work with team members to build new leads, increase enquiry and drive conversions for AusIMM’s products and services in a global marketplace </li>
<li>Support the optimisation of the full enrolment funnel (awareness → enquiry → lead → enrolment), including messaging refinement, landing page improvements, and targeted nurture sequencing. </li>
<li>Review analytics (including Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Analytics insights) and prepare insights to inform strategic direction, messaging and effort </li>
<li>Work with external agencies for digital media outreach and work with AusIMM internal team to build partnerships and long-term relationships with other relevant organisations </li>
<li>Evaluate marketing performance and return on investment on marketing campaigns, and prepare campaign reports for stakeholders </li>
</ul>About youYou will have the following skills and experience:<ul>
<li>University qualification in marketing or communication, or 4+ years’ experience in a similar role</li>
<li>Experience preparing delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns using multiple channels in fast paced environment to achieve objectives</li>
<li>Excellent written, presentation and editing skills to ensure communications suit diverse audiences </li>
<li>Proven experience creating and posting content for websites (e.g. WordPress, Optimizely, social media (LinkedIn, META) and EDM marketing (e.g. Dynamics, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp), including automations and customer journeys </li>
<li>Data analytic experience to interpret data and make informed decisions to deliver effective results </li>
<li>Organised, collaborative team player, able to manage multiple projects concurrently </li>
<li>Ability to identify issues, devise solutions and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and new opportunities</li>
</ul>Desirable<ul>
<li>Experience in B2B and B2C marketing highly desirable </li>
<li>Experience with not for profit / association sector desirable</li>
<li>Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator </li>

About the roleThe Member Engagement &amp; Events Coordinator is responsible for delivering integrated, responsive support to members and volunteers. This role coordinates events and engagement activities, supports a quality end-to-end member experience, and drives outbound campaigns to support growth and strategic initiatives. The position ensures seamless service across all member touchpoints, with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach and event coordination. Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Coordinate and support local events in collaboration with volunteer committees across Branches, Societies, and Student Chapters.</li>
<li>Manage event logistics, including set-up, communications, registration tracking, and post-event follow-up.</li>
<li>Assist with outbound sales and call campaigns to promote events, member activities, and growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for member acquisition and retention through proactive outreach.</li>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to event, volunteer, and membership enquiries via phone and email.</li>
<li>Review and approve membership applications, process renewals and payments, and prepare engagement resources.</li>
<li>Support volunteer governance activities, including elections and onboarding of new committee members.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate member, volunteer, and committee records in the CRM and manage event databases in EventsAir.</li>
<li>Build, send, and monitor marketing emails for volunteer committees through the CRM.</li>
<li>Foster strong relationships with members and volunteers by delivering exceptional service and support.</li>
</ul>About youYou will have:<ul>
<li>Experience in coordinating multiple events, including planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.</li>
<li>Strong skills in managing registrations, tracking payments, and reconciling transactions with finance teams.</li>
<li>Proven ability to deliver professional, empathetic customer support and manage outbound sales or campaigns.</li>
<li>Familiarity with membership processes, including assessing applications, renewals, and handling sensitive correspondence.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems for accurate data management and integrity, plus a collaborative approach to team projects.</li>
</ul>Desirable<ul>
<li>Experience working in member engagement, customer service, or volunteer coordination is an advantage.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Events Air or similar event management software.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in event management, business, communications, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is highly preferred. Equivalent experience in a relevant discipline will also be considered.</li>

About the roleThe Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving engagement and revenue growth across our professional development portfolio. Reporting to the Growth Manager, Professional Development, this position focuses on developing and refining the sales lead validation and conversion process, while adopting a consultative approach to client acquisition. The role requires a proactive communicator who thrives in dynamic environments, confidently reaches out to prospects, and builds lasting relationships with alumni and customers.This position will manage and facilitate sales activities in Latin America, support incoming enquiries, and contribute to loyalty-building initiatives. Strong organisational skills, resilience during peak periods, and the ability to track and report on sales progress are essential. Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable, and flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work will be required to accommodate international markets. Key accountabilities include:<ul>
<li>Drive and manage the sales process in Latin America.</li>

<li> Support the Growth Team with content creation, campaign execution, and messaging.</li>
