</ul>Thrive centres are all lead with experienced and knowledgeable Centre Leaders, 2iC's, and Educational Leaders to help you grow in your role.Join a team where your ideas, input, and voice are not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!Your main responsibilities will be to:<ul>
<li>To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators</li>
<li>Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to other Educators in the room</li>
<li>Maintain a positive working relationship with team members</li>
<li>Maintain effective communication with parents</li>
<li>Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities</li>
