If so, Casa has the perfect opportunity for you!As a Client Services Coordinator (CSC), you’ll play a vital role in leading and supporting our frontline teams to deliver outstanding client services. You’ll work directly with clients, families, and staff to ensure services are coordinated, effective, and aligned with NDIS goals.What You’ll Do<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise frontline staff, providing coaching, guidance, and reflective practice.</li>
<li>Develop, review, and monitor Individual Program Plans (IPPs) with clients, families, and support networks.</li>
<li>Manage referrals, assessments, onboarding, transitions, and exits to ensure smooth client experiences.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate tailored activities, reviews, and supports.</li>
<li>Collaborate across HR, Operations, Finance, and Quality &amp; Clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.</li>
<li>Contribute to NDIS reviews and audits while promoting continuous improvement and a values-based culture</li>

<li>Knowledge of the NDIS framework and person-centred practices.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>A valid Driver’s License, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Police Clearance.</li>
