About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to step into a multifaceted role that offers complete ownership of end-to-end-payroll function. Outside of this, you will dedicate your time in providing support to the Accounts Team or to HR initiatives (dependent on your experience). This is a hybrid role, where flexible hours will be considered in a 4-day (Part-Time) work week.Despite being stand-alone, you'll receive ongoing support from our dedicated Finance &amp; Admin team at Stones Corner (and remotely from our Dalby Head office), ensuring you have the resources to excel. <li>End-to-end payroll processing for 100+ staff (paid fortnightly) including calculating terminations, reviewing timesheets, managing leave entitlements.</li>
<li>Managing high-level payroll activities such as job costings (approx. 160 active tracking categories), payroll tax, superannuation, worker's compensation and reporting etc.</li>
<li>Onboarding and offboarding tasks in the payroll system.</li>
<li>Accurately interpreting and applying Australian Awards and Taxation legislation.</li>
<li>Oversee the administration of HRIS &amp; Payroll systems in collaboration with the HR Officer.</li>
<li>Undertake Accounts / HR support tasks (dependent on your experience) when required.</li>
</ul>Your Qualification &amp; Experience<ul>
<li>Solid experience (5+ years) in a high-level payroll role for 100+ staff is a must (experience within the civil construction or similar industry highly desirable).</li>
<li>Ability to meet high-level payroll activities within strict timelines and schedules.</li>
<li> Advanced understanding/knowledge of leave accruals and tax, payroll standards and legislation.</li>
<li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).</li>
<li>Experience with Xero and Employment Hero Payroll programs advantageous.</li>
<li>Willingness to take on duties to further support the HR function of the business. </li>

Auto-Electrician (Dalby, QLD)

We are looking for experienced Laser Bucket Operators to join our growing team on flexible DIDO &amp; FIFO rosters, with civil projects based across QLD. We offer competitive remuneration with accommodation and meals provided. Future DIDO &amp; FIFO (flights included) opportunities on various rosters available. Duties include: Operating laser buckets and other heavy plant machinery in a safe and effective manner. Preparation, positioning and general care &amp; maintenance of plant for operation.Complying with all WHS safety practices and procedures.Your Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating laser buckets. </li>
<li>Current RII ticket or equivalent or willingness to obtain.</li>
<li>Be mechanically-minded and able to work independently;</li>
<li>Valid, open Australian Driver’s Licence &amp; General Construction Induction (White) Card.</li>
<li>Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, drainage, bulk earthworks, cut to fill and agriculture would be favourable.</li>
<li>You have demonstrated experience and general knowledge of the construction industry, civil engineering and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards. </li>
<li>Experience with DIDO/FIFO rosters.</li>
