</ul>We are a hybrid telehealth model, where our patients are supported by our on the ground clinic staff, linking our patients to dermatologists via telehealth. Patients are able to access specialist dermatologists via telehealth while receiving specialist treatments and support on their skin journey from our dermal therapists in a location close to home. We currently have clinics in New South Wales and Victoria.Our busy Parramatta clinic is expanding and looking for a full time dermal administration officer to join our team to support our patients through their journey with our dermatologists.ABOUT THE ROLEAn exciting opportunity is available in a medical administration role to help our dermatologists support patients with eczema, psoriasis &amp; vitiligo. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for these patients in their lifelong journey with our clinic.DUTIESReporting directly to the Clinic Manager, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:<ul>
<li>Ensuring a professional point of contact for all patients, helping them on their journey with our clinic</li>
<li>Communicating with specialists to facilitate patient care programs</li>
<li>Providing information regarding home care packs and treatment pathways to patients</li>
<li>Treating patients with UVB phototherapy using the dermatologist prescribed settings </li>
<li>Answering patient enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner</li>
<li>Medicare batching</li>
<li>End of day balancing</li>
<li>Ensuring the clinic is well presented, clean and tidy at all times</li>
<li>Reviewing and sending letters to GPs </li>
<li>Following up with patients regularly to ensure that they compliant with their prescribed treatment plan</li>
<li>Ensuring high quality of care is delivered to all patients</li>
<li>Providing a high level of assistance and communication to patients</li>
<li>Working collectively towards company goals, and individually towards patient goals</li>
<li>Local outreach and public engagement activities to spread the word about what we do and how we can help. </li>
</ul>CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSThe successful candidate will have:<ul>
<li>Previous medical administration experience </li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>A strong commitment to patients and outcomes</li>
<li>A desire to help people with the management of their condition long term</li>
<li>A strong commitment to business objectives, and flexibility in work hours to achieve best outcomes</li>

The clinical team play an integral role in the support of our patients with long term medical management requirements. The successful candidate will be the face to face contact for these patients in their journey with our clinic.Reporting directly to the Clinic Manager, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to: <ul>
<li>Completing our professional development training (through Dermatology Education) to ensure that you have good knowledge of the 3 conditions that we provide support for at our clinic (psoriasis, eczema and vitiligo)</li>
<li>Meeting with patients and assisting them into our specialist-led treatment pathways</li>
<li>Liaising with dermatologists to ensure best outcomes for patients</li>
<li>Explaining our home care products</li>
<li>Communicating with specialists to facilitate great patient treatment outcomes</li>
<li>Treating patients with UVB phototherapy using the dermatologist prescribed settings</li>
<li>Following up with patients regularly to ensure that they compliant with their prescribed treatment plan, and check progress.</li>
<li>Ensuring high quality of care is delivered to all patients</li>
<li>Providing a high level of assistance and communication to patients</li>
<li>Utilising medical software to keep good medical notes on all patients.</li>
</ul>CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSThe successful candidate will have:<ul>
<li>Previous experience in facilitating and encouraging treatment plans</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>A strong commitment to patients and outcomes</li>
<li>A desire to help people with the management of their condition long term</li>
