Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Operator

The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Officer’s primary responsibilities will be to:<ul>
<li>Perform the day-to-day processing of various financial transactions (both accounts receivable and payable)</li>
<li>Balance daily takings from all Branches within the Group </li>
<li>Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure company accounts remain up to date and free of constraints at all times</li>

<li>Follows work orders, and determines setup specifications, work sequences, product dimensions, and installation procedures.</li>
<li>Feeds Colorbond sheets that automatically feeds into rollers.</li>
<li>Positions, aligns, and secures arbors, spindles, coils, mandrels, dies, and slitting knives.</li>
<li>Changes rolls, operates mill equipment, removes coils and cobbles, and band and loads materials.</li>
</ul>Skills and Experience:<ul>
<li>Forklift licence essential</li>
<li>The Rolling Machine Operators needs knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repairs, and maintenance.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Colorbond raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.</li>
<li>Basic mathematics, tolerances and the use of Vernier measurements.</li>
<li>Basic start up checks.</li>
<li>Understand routine maintenance required on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.</li>
<li>The ability to determine causes of operating errors and decides what to do about it.</li>
<li>Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.</li>
