<li>Manage and respond to incoming sales enquiries</li>
<li>Coordinate quotes, tenders, and rate requests</li>
<li>Onboard new customers and support key account activities</li>
<li>Liaise with overseas principals and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Keep CRM systems and commercial databases up to date</li>
<li>Distribute marketing content and sailing schedules</li>
<li>Contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and insights</li>

</ul>What You Bring<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years' experience within shipping and logistics industry</li>
<li>Previous experience in Roll-on/Roll-off and breakbulk is desirable</li>

<li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities</li>
<li>Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction</li>
<li>CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency</li>
