Our Front Desk &amp; Reception team are looking to hire an outgoing, motivated and reliable individual to join our team. About you :<ul>
<li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Prior experience delivering exceptional customer service and of working with MEWS PMS systems is preferred.</li>
<li>Must be confident working as part of a team and individually.</li>
<li>Must have experience of sales and be self starting</li>
<li>Professional attitude and appearance and excellent organisational skills</li>
<li>Solid written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise</li>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines</li>
</ul>This is a part time role working to a rotating roster, it is generally 20-30 hours per week. Availability on evenings and weekends are a must. The shifts are based on a rotating roster, a mixture of morning 6.30am - 2.15pm and 2.15pm - 10.15pm, which give you the flexibility to enjoy all that Taupo has to offer.Please note this is a longterm role that requires a minimum commitment of 9-12 months.
