This current Bar , Dining room / venue manager role is based at our Many Little Bar &amp; Dining venue in the heart of Red Hill , Mornington Peninsula. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders</li>
<li>Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service and that their needs are met promptly</li>
<li>Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling</li>
<li>Train and develop staff members to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the menu, service standards, and company policies</li>
<li>Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas</li>
<li>Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's performance and profitability</li>
</ul>Qualifications:<ul>
<li> Experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li>
<li>Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
