Project Management Support This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new role at UBS. We are seeking a proactive individual with a trade background to provide support to our Senior Project Managers. Your responsibilities will include updating project files and portals, following up with trades, generating reports, assisting with budget reconciliation at project completion, managing internal trades' schedules, ensuring fair and consistent scheduling practices and handling administrative tasks. Role &amp; Responsibilities.<ul>
<li>Provide support to Construction/Senior Project Managers.</li>
<li>Coordinate the Outlook Calendar for internal trades' work assignments, ensuring timely work order dispatch daily and optimize scheduling for maximum utilization.</li>
<li>Assist to monitor and manage all works in progress (WIP) within specified timelines.</li>
<li>Assist in contacting clients on the same day their file transitions to Project Management.</li>
<li>Work closely with Senior Project Managers to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding communication with property owners and keeping them informed about work progress.</li>
<li>Assist in completing Job Summary notes within NetSuite and client portals.</li>
<li>Assist with variations to the Scope of Work and associated costs as required, following clients’ procedures and sending separate documentation as required.</li>
<li>Assist in following up on and approving quotes from trades/suppliers.</li>
<li>Assist in auditing claims completion to meet client requirements.</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency in administrative tasks, including NetSuite and client portals</li>
