Reporting to the Head of Technology, you'll be the cornerstone in assessing and responding to client technology needs. Your role is pivotal in collaborating with sales and solutions teams to craft IT solutions that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.Key Responsibilities:<ul>

<li>3-5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role within the IT industry</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of server infrastructure, networking, firewalls, backup technologies, wireless solutions, Microsoft server licensing, Microsoft 365, public cloud technologies and end user devices.</li>
<li>Proven track record of consulting with clients and proposing effective solutions.</li>
<li>Exceptional organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.</li>
<li>Managed Services experience and professional vendor certifications is highly desirable.</li>
