As a D365 F&amp;O technical consultant, you’ll apply and develop your technical, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills from day one. Activities may include design, development and deployment of solutions across our customer base and your time will be split between building new solutions or products and maintaining existing are efficient and effective on the latest platform versions. What is required: The following is a brief list of primary responsibilities for this role: <ul>
<li>Provide inputs to design and develop quality solutions that meet customer requirements. </li>
<li>Utilise the latest software and infrastructure architectural approaches and best practices to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently. </li>
<li>Foster positive working relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure satisfaction. </li>
<li>Continuously learn Dynamics 365 through self-study and participation in online and in-house training and certification events. </li>
<li>Participate in end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, process engineering, scoping, design, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and support. </li>
<li>Assist customers with support queries and business-as-usual activities. </li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. </li>
</ul>Ideal candidate will have: <ul>
<li>Customer-centric attitude with strong teamwork skills and a flexible, positive “can do” approach. </li>
<li>7+ years of experience as a technical consultant or developer across Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. </li>
<li>Resourceful and eager to learn, open to new ideas and technologies. </li>
<li>Mindset for process optimization and continuous improvement. </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills whether it be written or verbal. </li>
<li>Ability to see the big picture even when focused on the detail. </li>
<li>Skilled at managing competing priorities in a complex environment. </li>
<li>Able to simplify complex issues and clearly communicate needs, goals, and direction. </li>
<li>A drive for standardization and optimization of tools to reduce complexity while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. </li>
<li>Possessing the following would be an advantage: </li>
<li>Experience with Azure integration services </li>
<li>Experience of other D365 Platform Technologies such as CE, BI or the Power Platform </li>
<li>Excellent Microsoft Excel skills </li>

Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP - Senior Technical Consultant

The Role As iCatalyst continues to grow with both active and a strong pipeline of large enterprise level engagements, we’re on the lookout for new talent who can hit the ground running and contribute to our ongoing success. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect, you’ll bring your leadership, analytical, interpersonal, solution, and systems skills from day one. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, deploying, and ensuring the adoption of solutions that meet our customers’ needs now and in the future. Your primary focus will be on large delivery accounts (Advisory, Implementation, and Continuous Improvement), but you’ll also spend time building strong customer relationships and supporting our sales, marketing, and business development efforts. You’ll work alongside some of the best consultants in the Microsoft Dynamics market, delivering value and great outcomes to our customers. What is required: The following is a brief list of primary responsibilities for this role: <ul>
<li>Lead the delivery of effective solutions across the Dynamics 365 platform with a key focus on ERP (D365 Finance and Operations).</li>
<li>Guide and support a talented team of delivery consultants across solution, approach, architecture and platform. </li>
<li>Address customer needs using the latest solution or process approaches to deliver value and successful outcomes. </li>
<li>Build and Foster positive relationships with stakeholders external and internal. </li>
<li>Promote a mindset of continuous improvement and repeatability to drive efficiency and mitigate risks across delivery teams and customers. </li>
</ul> Ideal candidate will have: <ul>
<li>Customer-centric attitude with strong teamwork skills and a flexible, positive “can do” approach. </li>
<li>15+ years of experience as a senior consultant or solution architect implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. </li>
<li>Proven leader with the ability to motivate teams to achieve their goals. </li>
<li>Mindset for process optimization and continuous improvement. </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills whether it be written or verbal. </li>
<li>Ability to see the big picture even when focused on the detail. </li>
<li>Skilled at managing competing priorities in a complex environment. </li>
<li>Able to simplify complex issues and clearly communicate needs, goals, and direction. </li>
<li>Resourceful and eager to continuously learn, open to new ideas and technologies. </li>

<li>Thought Leadership experience in internal or external promotion of the platform or methodologies. </li>
