Exciting opportunity to join our team as RTO Records Administrator. The role is part time (30 hours per week) and for a period of six months. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Undertake data entry and administration tasks in the PSA systems including, but not limited to:</li></ul> - Processing enrolments and payments for all RTO courses including withdrawals - Provisioning online course access to participants and preceptors - Establishing and maintaining student files - Issuing testamurs to participants who have successfully completed RTO courses including statements of attainment, certificates and re-issuance of documents - Supporting the PSA compliance manager with AVETMISS submissions and other data uploads as necessary. - Reporting against contracted funding arrangements - Preparing invoices and issuing tax invoices. <ul><li>Deliver support to learners by responding to queries providing timely and accurate responses and answering external phone calls when necessary. </li></ul><ul><li>Supporting the RTO learning support team with other administrative duties.</li></ul>About you:We welcome applications from candidates who may not meet all the specified requirements but possess a strong passion and willingness to learn. RTO Records Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as Pharmacist - Professional Support Advisor. Based in Sydney, this is a part time role working 2.5 days per week and is for a fixed term period of two years. We offer the option of hybrid and flexible working arrangements to meet your work/life commitments and support your wellbeing.Reporting to the NSW State Manager the Pharmacist – Professional Support Adviser will be responsible for providing practice advice to NSW pharmacists involved in the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), as well as promoting PSA products and services. To succeed in this role you will be an APHRA registered Pharmacist with current or recent experience providing OTP services in NSW, with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the NSW OTP program. </ul>2. Triage queries and issues internally or externally to other organisations in line with PSA policies and procedures including escalation, regulatory and legislative requirements.3. Undertake mandatory reporting to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as required.4. Contribute to the development, validation and moderation of learning materials, including online modules, webinars and articles. 5. Contribute to policy and advocacy work, to grow and maintain membership and to deliver member services. 6. Update website content, policies, guidelines and other materials for currency and accuracy.7. Develop and maintain a directory of appropriate government bodies and other authorities around Australia to support the triage process.8. Prepare reports and provide advice to product managers, State/Territory Managers and other relevant stakeholders on emerging issues, opportunities and threats to the pharmacy profession and PSA activities.9. Promote PSA products and services to members and work with the Product Managers to identify opportunities for new products and markets based on collective intelligence built from customer calls.About you:<ul>
<li>Pharmacist registered with AHPRA with current or recent pharmacy practice experience in any NSW practice setting.</li>
<li>Current or recent experience providing OTP services in NSW, with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the NSW OTP program. </li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the issues and opportunities in contemporary pharmacy practice and workforce development nationally.</li>
<li>Demonstrated high level customer service orientation, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build productive relationships including effective conflict resolution, negotiation and de-escalation.</li>

Pharmacist – Professional Support Adviser

<li>Sound IT skills including databases and student management systems and experience in the use of digital event technologies such as webinar or videoconference platforms, with a strong desire to utilise new technologies.</li>
</ul>Desirable<ul>
<li>TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor) or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education;</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of the VET sector, assessment validation and moderation.</li>
