We have an opportunity for a Vineyard Manager to join our dynamic and supportive Viticultural Team.The viticulture program is sensitive to the unique needs of Margaret River’s pristine environment and ancient soils. Farmed holistically, we’ve developed a specialised system for nourishing soil health, vine longevity and natural biodiversity. It draws upon over 50 years’ work, balancing ancient farming methods with modern viticulture.The characterful wines are reputed for their small batch, minimal intervention winemaking, reflecting our unique sites and thoughtful viticulture. The Vasse Felix Winery and Vineyards are certified members of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia.We are seeking an experienced Vineyard Manager to join our supportive and innovative viticulture team. The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in viticulture or proven industry experience and will have a high level understanding of the relationship between grape and wine quality.Reporting to the Chief Viticulturist, key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Lead a dedicated team of people to achieve production requirements of both yield and quality on our southern Margaret River vineyards </li></ul><ul><li>Determine operating and capital budgets and manage costs to achieve production KPI’s</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain all assets to a high standard</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain sustainable vineyard practices without compromising fruit quality and/or commercial sustainability</li></ul>Skills and Attributes:<ul><li>10 years viticulture experience with proven experience on large vineyards</li></ul><ul><li>A strong desire and drive for continual improvement</li></ul><ul><li>Proven management skills in leading teams to achieve goals cohesively and safely</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in an often complex environment</li></ul><ul><li>Solid planning, communication and organisational skills that make for smooth operations</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage the complexity that comes with multiple grape varieties on distinct sites destined for different wines </li></ul><ul><li>Commitment to working with the greater vineyard and winemaking teams to produce the best possible outcomes in relation to wine quality and business success</li></ul>You MUST hold Australian citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency to be considered for this role.Applications close: Friday 19th September 2025

Cellar Door Sales Assistant - Vasse Felix

Heytesbury is a diverse and privately-owned group of companies, with very successful cattle and wine businesses as its core operations. Due to significant growth and upgrades to our IT systems, we are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team in the IT function across both the wine and cattle businesses. Reporting to the IT Systems Administrator and CFO, located in our Perth head office with occasional travel to sites, the role will encompass supporting the IT Systems Administrator in the following areas:<ul>
<li>Providing technical support across hardware, software, and network issues.</li>
<li>Support user onboarding and offboarding processes.</li>
<li>Assistance with the maintenance and updating of IT documentation and asset records.</li>
<li>Assist with the deployment of and updates of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Exchange email systems.</li>
<li>Assist management of user accounts, permissions and security settings within the Microsoft 365 environment.</li>
<li>Support with API Integrations and third party software support.</li>
<li>Managing and triaging help desk calls from within the group on a day to day basis.</li>
<li>Supporting existing IT projects. </li>
<li>Assist with user training sessions and creations of instructional materials on Microsoft 365 applications.</li>
</ul>This is an ideal position for someone early in their IT career looking for long-term career growth and development and offers an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing Western Australian private company.The successful applicant will have the following qualifications:<ul>
<li>Experience in IT support, with strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Experience with PowerApps and Power BI an advantage.</li>
<li>Relevant IT certifications are highly regarded. </li>
<li>Familiarity with basic networking.</li>
