These will be permanent full-time roles within our Melbourne Sales Team. <ul>
<li>Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition, and the relevant market</li>
<li>Build and manage strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients</li>
<li>Researching business opportunities and viable income streams</li>
<li>Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs</li>
<li>Following industry trends locally and internationally</li>
<li>Writing business proposals, assessing and responding to tenders</li>
<li>Create quotes and proposals for customer requirements and build sales pipelines</li>
<li>Drafting and reviewing contracts</li>
<li>Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements</li>
<li>Accountable for revenue growth, customer NPS and exceeding target expectations</li>
<li>Design and build suitable IT solutions to meet customer requirements – including cloud, mobile device management (MDM) and mobile applications. </li>
</ul>A bit about you: <ul>
<li>Proven experience as a BDM / Account Executive or similar role</li>
<li>Strong Understanding of the relevant market and the unique products and services that can be delivered.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience in dealing with high-level negotiations, creating quotes and designing customer specific solutions</li>
<li>Proven track record in converting sales leads and selling IT solutions – including VMWare, infrastructure, cloud, MDM services, mobile devices (Apple, Android and Windows iOS)</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and experience in customer support</li>
<li>Excellent time management and planning skills</li>
<li>High-level communication &amp; Stakeholder engagement skills</li>
<li>Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy</li>
<li>Ability to manage issues and conflict to a constructive outcome</li>
<li>The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team</li>
<li>Experience working to and exceeding targets</li>

Account Executive

An exciting role has opened up within the ASI Brisbane office for a full-time Account Manager. This is a good opportunity for those looking to start a career in Sales. <li>Maintaining and updating a database of customer order information in shared drive</li>
<li>Coordinating with purchasing and accounts to fulfill orders</li>

<li>Preparing quotations for Account Executives as required</li>
<li>Maintain and update a database of correct templates for all correspondence to clients</li>

<li>Uploading data in CRM</li>
<li>Follow up on quotes</li>

Account Manager

This role will be performing onsite troubleshooting and installations on customer devices. Key responsibilities include:<ul>
<li>Working as a member of a team, providing onsite 1st level (and 2nd level as needed) support for ASI customers</li>
<li>Repair and installations on customer equipment including laptops, PCs, servers, and networking machines adhering to ASI’s internal standard operating procedures and knowledge base</li>

<li>Lifting and relocating PCs, monitors, and other equipment as necessary.</li>
<li>Log, manage and process Incidents and emails in job queues through an ITSM database</li>

<li>Experience in providing support for LAN/WAN infrastructure – Microsoft Windows Environment will be an advantage</li>
<li>Degree &amp;/or Diploma in IT or IT-related course.</li>
