This role includes essential administrative duties, with a strong focus on event management, customer engagement, and brand promotion. You will also bring creative energy to campaigns and events, while being comfortable handling day-to-day administrative tasks that support the Executive Team and the smooth running of the Sydney office.Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Own event delivery from coordinating venues and invitations, to supporting logistics and engagement on the day. </li>
<li>Support the rollout of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring all assets, stakeholders, and timelines are aligned. </li>
<li>Work closely with agency partners to help produce engaging content and marketing materials that support our brand and campaign goals. </li>
<li>Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, such as scheduling, internal comms, calendar management, and campaign reporting. </li>
<li>Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed across the team to ensure smooth execution of projects, including diary and travel management.</li>
<li>Prepare presentations and coordinate logistics for customer events, meetings, and workshops.</li>
<li>Maintain office supplies and coordinate reception duties. </li>
</ul>A bit about you<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field. </li>
<li>1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or events-related role. </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li>
<li>Highly organised, with a natural ability to keep multiple projects running on time and on track. </li>
<li>Enthusiastic and proactive, with a willingness to learn and jump into new challenges. </li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft products</li>
<li>Bonus: some familiarity with Canva, Marketo, and Teams Webinars </li>

<li>Repair and installations on customer equipment including laptops, PCs, servers, networking machines adhering with ASI’s internal standard operating procedures and knowledge base</li>
<li>Configuration of desktop hardware, software and other devices</li>
<li>Assembling PCs, monitors, and other equipment as necessary</li>
<li>Working within our internal IT tracking systems, keeping jobs up to date in tickets</li>
<li>Working on-site and in office as required. </li>
</ul>A bit about you…<ul>
<li>Two or more years' experience in providing support for desktop/store hardware infrastructure</li>
<li>Proven track record on hardware, desktop environment, and interactive whiteboard administration and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Troubleshooting experience extends to a great understanding of manufacturer repairs isolating issues away from software and applications to hardware faults</li>
<li>Familiarity with IT service desk ticketing tools and working within structured service level agreements </li>
<li>Ability to work with multiple jobs on, managing the priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service</li>
<li>You are used to communicating at all levels and your verbal and written communication skills are your secret power </li>
<li>You hold a valid driver’s licence, and willing to submit suitable background checks</li>
