Product Owners in Patient Zero wear many hats, from breaking down work with the development team, writing acceptance criteria, facilitating workshops, and prioritising a backlog alongside our customers. About YouWe value people who are passionate about learning and stacking their skills in a non-conventional way. We’d love it if you already have some experience in testing, security, development, scrum mastery, UX, or business analysis. But it’s ok if you don’t, you might be fresh out of university with a related degree in business, technology, or design.We’ll coach you to be:<ul>

Product Owner

<li>Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams on agile projects </li>
<li>Write clean, maintainable, tested code in TypeScript/C#/ReactJS/NodeJS/.NET Core/React Native/Maui/Java/Kotlin and more </li>
<li>Contribute to architectural discussions and software design decisions </li>
<li>Participate in peer reviews and continuous integration/deployment processes </li>

We work in teams alongside our customers to design and build custom software. Key to our team culture is ensuring independence, autonomy, and equal share of voice regardless of seniority. Your role is to ensure those values are upheld, and that team members have a broad range of skills, from technical, to leadership, culture, and emergent development practices. Leadership at PZ is not a title, it’s not a hierarchy; everyone in the team is a leader.We’re looking for someone with leadership qualities who likes to work in teams of 4-9 people and can:<ul>

We always aim for the right implementation with a soft spot for immutable, containerised approaches, elegant architecture and DevSecOps principles.You’ll be part of a small cross-functional team that has:<ul>
