Who we’re looking for?This role is best suited to someone who is eager to become a trusted and strategic advisor to our partner law firms, driving deeper engagement and usage of our products.You will work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure high product usage and customer retention across your customer portfolio, with strong focus on:<ul>
<li>
Adoption and Client Success: Drive value through regular check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice.</li>
<li>
Customer Advocacy and Feedback: Develop strong feedback loops between Settify and your customer portfolio.</li>
<li>
Strategy and Process Improvement: Experiment with new ideas, processes and tools to improve and scale the way that we engage with customers.</li>
</ul>Accordingly, you will:<ul>
<li>Provide training to new customers and set them up to use the system to the best of its abilities. </li>
<li>Create success plans and regular check-ins to optimise the use of Settify and encourage better usage; identify upsell opportunities. </li>
<li>Monitor existing customer health through product and operational analytics.</li>
<li>Develop churn risk mitigation strategies to ensure high retention of customers.</li>
<li>Provide tech support – this will include but is not limited to managing customer enquiries relating to their account, invoice inquiries and assistance with the platform.</li>
<li>Maintain up to date client data in Pipedrive and other databases.</li>
</ul>In addition:<ul>
<li>Liaise with clients to obtain referrals, testimonials, and case studies.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of the legal landscape and emerging trends.</li>
<li>Represent Settify at webinars and conferences throughout Australia and New Zealand.</li>
</ul>What you’ll bring:2+ years client success or account management experience in a B2B SaaS company.Expertise with data and making inferences including highlights, opportunities, and recommendations to solve problems.You enjoy taking responsibility and ownership of your work and consistently deliver good quality results.You are passionate about helping clients, bring strong influencing and negotiation skills.Experience as a paralegal or client engagement advisor in the legal industry will be looked upon favourably.Life at SettifyWhat makes us special.Great value, always: At Settify, we encourage everyone to be entrepreneurs.
